It is very necessary to pursue scientific development that occurs in our field especially the university syllabus because the development of dealing with humans is being increased particularly in computer programs. I believe that conversation with students who really want to learn is the most important than traditional methods which make students feel boring and embarrassed. My philosophy is that encouraging top students make them have a bright future and our country is able to get benefit from these sorts of students. The prosperity and development of nations can be achieved through their higher educational development and advancement, that’s why I do all of my best of duty to apply this purpose in the interest and benefit of students. I seek to demonstrate the hands-on nature and real-world of tourism. At the risk of making a deeply held philosophy seem trite and prosaic, my approach to teaching and learning can be summarized in three points: 1. Show that learning is engaging and fun. 2. Enable learning by developing relevant materials and hands-on activities. 3. Continually experiment with, assess, refine, and share instructional methods and tools.
