Talal Mahmood Kadawi

Dr. Talal M. A. Kadawi received a B.A. degree in Business Administration in 1972 and M.S.degree in Economics from the University of Mosul in 1982, respectively. In 1986, Dr. Talal received a higher diploma from Poland in the planning area as well. He pursued a Ph.D. degree in Public Finance from the University of Mosul in 1994. Since 2008, his scientifically titled is a professor. Dr. Talal is Membership in several communities such as the Iraqi Association of Economists, Iraqi Institute of Accountants, British Institute of Management (BIM), British Institute of Cost & Management Accountants (ICMA). Furthermore, he has been selected for the several value position for examples: Director of Financial Affairs from 1982-1983 and Head of Finance & Banking Department 1996- 2003 at the University of Mosel, Head of Finance & Banking Department, the University of Hathramout in 1999 and Head of Finance & Banking Department, the University of Ibb in 2002, in Yemen. from 1993 to 2003 he worked as Deputy Dean in College of Law, and from 2002 to 2003 he served as Director of Continuing Education, College of Administration and Economics. Dr. Talal supervised several MS and Ph.D. students in his interesting research fields. In addition, he published more than (40) Articles papers in local and international conferences and Journals. Currently, Dr. Talal works as Head of the Accounting Department at Cihan University-Duhok in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
