Shreen Abdulkareem was born in Duhok, Kurdistan Region-Iraq on 2 August 1992. She graduated from the University of Duhok / College of Science, Kurdistan Region-Iraq with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in May 2015. She obtained her MSc degree in Physiology from Van Yuzuncu Yil University, Van, Turkey, in 2019. She currently works as an assistant lecturer at Cihan University-Duhok, in Kurdistan Region-Iraq.
